"My first year at storm was the most rewarding, I met so many amazing people and had the most encouraging coach, in his own way, he helped me see my full potential and grow as a player. I am very thankful for Art because of this, I am also thankful that I got to play with Dave for a short season before I had surgery. "

These times of travel soccer you will never get back, and you never know what can happen. Always play in every practice or game like it could be your last. Always be grateful for being able to be with such amazing teammates and coaches."

Advice for current Storm players:
"Believe in yourself.
I always remind myself that you are your worst enemy. No one will judge you as hard as you judge yourself. If you do not believe in yourself, no one will. Be confident and believe in your abilities and you will do great things!"

"Storm soccer club has impacted my life by giving me amazing friendships with people from all over West Michigan and giving me a great mentor to look up to. Storm fields were my second home, I have spent 9 years practicing and playing games. Through Storm I learned to challenge myself at a higher playing level so I could get better and become a college soccer player."

Advice for Current Storm Player:
Some advice I would give current players who want to play college is to never give up on yourself and always give 110% at every game and practice. You never know who will notice. They may have not come to watch you but make them wish they had. Also do the extra work at home or in off seasons it will pay off in the end. Never settle for average push yourself to be the best

Advice for current Storm players:
"To the current Storm players looking to play at the collegiate level: make sure you're in constant contact with coaches, reach out to them and make sure you get your voice across. This way it will be easier for them to remember you. In addition to this, it is essential that you keep a strong work ethic, it is essential to push yourself as a person as well as a player. You may not be the most talented player, but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you."
